Description of Internship for Vietnamese University Students:

This internship is available for students at the Hue College of Foreign Languages. It will last for one semester (about 4 months). Students will work on volunteer basis, and at the end of the term, will receive a written review of their work, by one of the supervisors at Healing the Wounded Heart Shop. This review will be checked by OGCDC, and officially stamped.

Students will commit to one night per week to help sell at the shop from 5pm-10pm. (If students feel that 10pm is too late, they can work until 9pm). Students must work a minimum of one night per week, but are encouraged to work additional nights. They will also commit about one hour per week to translate documents (brochures, flyers, emails etc.) This translation work can be done over email, or may be done at the shop or workshop, depending on the need.

Students will be informed about the Shop’s humanitarian work, the disabled artists, and the products that we make from recycled items. The students are encouraged to visit our workshop at 69 Ba Trieu street, where they can meet the artists and see the products being made.

Requirements of students:
